# Handling your data with care.

This is the personal website of Wesley Abbenhuis, founder and owner of Wabber B.V. The SpearAI pixel sends pageviews to portal.spearai.nl. URLs exclude query parameters and fragments; form contents are not sent. External referrers are limited to their domain. The recipient also receives the IP address, browser details and possibly language information. SpearAI can store visits and perform company identification using IP addresses.

## What the contact form processes

An enquiry includes your name, email address, optional organisation, subject and message, to respond to your question. You provide consent in the form. The site does not store messages in its own database. The server delivers your enquiry by email and as a notification in an internal Wabber B.V. Google Chat space, so Wesley can respond quickly.

## Security and storage

The form uses server validation, a hidden spam field, a temporary form token and rate limiting. A temporary derived IP identifier is kept in memory for for about one hour. Form contents are not logged. Display preferences are stored locally in your browser.

## Your rights and contact

You may withdraw consent and request access, correction or deletion of your data. Contact Wesley through Wabber. You may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
